Yoga + Community Tea Time

We’re excited to announce that yoga is moving indoors to a stunning, yurt-like location! Join us every Wednesday, all winter long!

✨ Enjoy 60 minutes of yoga flow followed by 30 minutes of community connection and warm tea to unwind and meet other beautiful humans ✨

This is a slow flow where we connect movement to breath- all levels and experiences are encouraged to come! We can’t wait to see you on the mat! The location is in NE Bend and the address will be sent once you sign up.

Breathwork with Avery

Virtual Option

A virtual breathwork journey to enhance physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. A gentle yet activating practice that meets you right where you are — in the comfort of your own space, at your own pace. No striving. No fixing. Just breath, body, and presence. Come as you are, leave with more clarity and peace.

In Person Option

A transformative trauma-informed breathwork journey using a holotropic-inspired active breath to move energy, surface emotion, and create release. Held with softness, this session supports you in clearing what’s been stuck so you can feel more aligned, grounded, and alive.

Homecoming with Brighton Sage-Loughlin

Join Emily and Brighton for their first ever collaboration.

Come home to yourself through an evening of movement, breath and connection. Homecoming is a guided journey designed to awaken the body, calm the mind and open the heart. We'll begin with a grounding cacao ceremony, setting intentions and gentle movement to drop us into the body. From there we transition to breathwork, expanding awareness and softening resistance held in the body and mind. Flowing naturally into yoga, we'll open space through mindful movement before arriving in the freedom of dance, where expression and joy come alive. The evening closes in gentle integration, leaving you centered, connected and renewed. This experience is for anyone seeking deeper connection; with self, others and the natural rhythms of life. No prior experience with yoga, dance or breathwork is needed, just a willingness to explore.
