Yoga + Breathwork

Join Emily and Avery for a night of connection and restoration. We will start with 45 minutes of restorative yoga, led by Emily. This movement will be followed by a 60 minute breathwork journey, guided by Avery. This event will take place outside at Sawyer Park!

Hi, I’m Avery. Through breathwork and somatic healing, I guide you back to your true essence—supporting you in gently releasing old patterns and reconnecting with the wisdom of your body. My approach is trauma-informed and heart-led, creating a safe, supportive space to explore themes like trust, safety, self-expression, and aligned action. Together, we listen for what’s true beneath the surface and honor your body’s natural intelligence every step of the way. Whether you're seeking expansion, clarity, or a deeper connection with yourself, my work invites you to come home to your body—and to the truth of who you are.
