Sunset Yoga at Lookout Lodge
Emily from Do Yoga Outside is collaborating with the stunning Lookout Lodges to host an exclusive sunset yoga experience. The Lodge will open at 6pm, a sunset restorative yoga class will take place from 7-8pm and from 8-9:30pm we will enjoy the sunset, 360 degree panoramic views, light refreshments and community. This event will have a photographer present.

Sunset Yoga + Sound Journey at Tumalo State Park
Join Emily from Do Yoga Outside and Lauren from Resonance by Lauren for this 90 minute offering. There will be 60 minute of restorative yoga flow, suitable for all levels of practitioners. Hands on assists by Lauren will be available if that is something that enhances your practice. Following our movement, Lauren will take over as we sink into our bodies and listen to the frequencies of her beautiful instruments.

Emily will be teaching daily yoga classes at the PNW Overland Expo. There will be exclusive yoga workshops for VIP package holders! All classes will be focused on yoga for the off-roading body.

Bend Boarding Babes x Do Yoga Outside Collaboration Class. Kick off your morning with Emily from Do Yoga Outside from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm. This restorative yoga class will leave you feeling grounded and connected with your body and nature. Find your zen by the river and get energized for the festival ahead. At 1:00 pm there will be live music, goodies, community and boarding!

Spring Thing Yoga
Join Smith Rock Group in their 31st year of volunteering in our beloved Smith Rock State Park. Spend the morning volunteering in the park and spend the afternoon practicing yoga, eating delicious food, entering raffles and enjoying community.
There will be three 20 minute yoga offerings to restore the body after a morning of volunteering!

Earth Day Donation Based Yoga
